Updated: 28 April

A perfect Autumn day greeted players for Round 2 of the Medal on Friday, 28 April. With great expectations of some low scoring we were not disappointed, with June Song from Avondale GC surpassing her 1st round score of 68 coming in with a brilliant new Course Record 67 which included 8 birdies. Congratulations June on winning the Medal with a 36-hole gross total of 135 ahead of runner-up Belinda Ji (Concord) with 142 and 3rd place Annika Rathbone (The AGC) on 149. June’s net score was the best with 139, however as a player can only win one prize the 36-hole Net was awarded to Kim Burke from Shelly Beach (for the 2nd year running) with 142 net.
